Pursuant to art. 6 of EU 2016/679 Regulation, the legal basis for the above mentioned purposes is the execution of pre-contractual measures in order to evaluate your candidacy.

Furthermore, we indicate how, pursuant to art. 111-bis of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, your consent is not required for the purposes in question. Failure to provide the personal data requested in the forms or failure to upload your curriculum will not allow the data controller to make the assessments required by the current internal selection procedures and, consequently, will make it impossible to take the submitted application into consideration. The curricula received will be eliminated at the end of the calendar year following the one of receipt; if you are still interested in proposing your application you will have to re-send. The data controller reserves the right to preserve for a longer period the personal data collected in relation to candidates that are interesting for the selection.
